Refrigeration Engineer
*Refrigeration & HVAC Engineer – Bristol*
Ardo Group is seeking an experienced Refrigeration & HVAC Engineer to join our UK wide field-based team.
You’ll work across a diverse portfolio including hospitality, healthcare, retail, education and food production environments, carrying out installations, service, maintenance and repair.
*Key Responsibilities*
Installation of split refrigeration and air con systems.
Service, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration and air con systems
Fault-finding and diagnostics across a range of equipment
Completion of planned preventative maintenance tasks
Ensuring high standards of compliance and customer service
*Requirements*
3+ years experience in commercial refrigeration/HVAC
F-Gas Category 1 (essential)
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding capability
Work on own and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
Commutable distance to Bristol
FLT Licence, IPAF, CSCS are an advantage but not essential

Cold Room Installer
Ardo Group is seeking an experienced Cold Room Installer to join our UK wide field-based team.
You’ll work across a diverse portfolio including hospitality, healthcare, retail, education and food production environments, carrying out installations, service, maintenance and repair.
*Key Responsibilities*
Installation of camlock & bespoke modular rooms.
Service, maintenance, and repair of cold room fabric.
Completion of planned preventative maintenance tasks
Ensuring high standards of compliance and customer service
*Requirements*
3+ years experience in commercial cold room installation
Knowledge of cold room construction techniques and materials
Work on own and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
Commutable distance to Bristol
FLT Licence, IPAF, CSCS are an advantage but not essential

£26,000 to £35,000 salary DOE

Labourer
Ardo Group is seeking a Labourer to join our UK wide field-based team.
You’ll work across a diverse portfolio including hospitality, healthcare, retail, education and food production environments, carrying out installations, service, maintenance and repair.
*Key Responsibilities*
Assisting the Refrigeration & Cold Room Install Team.
Use hand and power tools to complete installations
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Time management skills to ensure timely completion of installations
Flexibility to adapt to changing job requirements and schedules
*Requirements*
3+ years experience in commercial cold room installation
Physical capability to manage manual labor and work in various onsite conditions
Work on own and as part of a team
Full UK driving licence
Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check
Commutable distance to Bristol
FLT Licence, IPAF, CSCS are an advantage but not essential
Prior experience in coldroom installation or construction is a plu
